Do you offer a warranty on musical equipment?
Yes, all new instruments and audio gear come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. Sky Music also provides an additional 90-day store warranty for peace of mind.
What is your return policy for gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as mouthpieces, reeds, and in-ear monitors cannot be returned once opened.
Are instruments inspected before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every guitar, bass, and orchestral instrument undergoes a professional setup and quality inspection by our in-house technicians before leaving our warehouse.
