At Sky Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned instrument, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
